after witnessing the self-check-in fiasco, I almost gave a good review but couldn’t! the mattress felt like an ancient relic, resultin in back pain, and the fact that I was expected to manage the AC manually was just plain inconsiderate. I definitely expected a free upgrade for such horrendous inconveniences, but alas, one can dream, right?

The stay was enjoyable, particularly due to the well-maintained premises and the proximity to the Keisei-Narita train station, making travel to and from the airport convenient. The rooms are small, as is typical in Japan, but they are clean and equipped with a refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. An added bonus was the availability of an onsen on the premises, which provided a relaxing experience after busy workdays.

I was pleasantly surprised by how close the hotel was to the train station, making it easy for our family to explore local attractions without much hassle. The presence of a convenience store nearby ensured we had everything we needed at hand, especially with two small kids in tow. Plus, the friendly staff made our short stay remarkably enjoyable with their helpful service.

Convenient and cozy!

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Location is perfect, steps from the train station. The public bath was a nice touch and super relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was pretty decent too. The only bummer was having to take my towels to the bath. Other than that, it was a solid experience.

Just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Chiba with incredible value for money. The staff were really friendly, making check-in quick and easy. Don't forget to ask for a map to nearby attractions. it can save you some time.

this hotel really exceeded my expectations during my long-term stay. the bed was super comfortable, and i appreciated the free water bottles and handy amenities. overall, a great experience at apa hotel keisei narita ekimae.

lack of variety in breakfast options.

We loved the close proximity to the Keisei Narita station, making it easy to explore. The area had some great food options too! Plus, we appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and vending machines on different floors, as we traveled with our animals.

My wife says that the room service could be improved.

I enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast with great Japanese and Western options. The firm supportive pillows were the best I've ever experienced! However, the cramped room lacked proper cleaning, which was disappointing.
